GM Corporate Development

Responsibilities:

• Monitor the facilitating process for business plan development
• Review & Monitor progress / performance of business plan execution
• Review & monitor the development of KPI
• Manage shareholders / various stakeholder communication
• Develop & Manage the Merger & Acquisition sub unit

Requirements:

• 6-10 years of experience in corporate finance (preferably in banking / Telco Industry, MBA degree in finance is a plus)
• Strong understanding about telecommunication business and operation is a plus
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
• Hands-on experience in the provision of corporate planning development & merger and acquisition
• Advance communication and colaboration skills
• Advance skill of people/team management
• Solution & Result Oriented
• Fluency in English is a must
