due to our aggressive business expansion, we are looking for qualified &dynamic talents to join our success team for the following position:
1. STORE SUPERVISOR
You will be responsible for achievement of sales target, analyzing productivity per brand, managing inventory & shirnkage, lead sales associate team & develop their skills.
2. HR & GA SUPERVISOR
- You will be responsible for every aspect of human resource management: recruitment, training, personnel administration & payroll, industrial relation, employee relation, general affair.
- Estabilish & maintain good relationship with external party such as schools & govermmental institution.
3. VISUAL MERCHANDISING SUPERVISOR
-Responsible for every aspect of visual merchandising (VM) in store, to support store operation team to achieve sales target.
- Support store operation team for in-store promotion material.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Maximum 28 years old. Minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable University, GPA more than or same 2,75. (Diploma degree with experience are welcome).
- Bachelor Degree in Law/Psychology/Human Resource Management (2)
- Bachelor Degree in Architecture/Interior Design/Graphic Designer/ Visual Communication Design (3)
- Strong leadership potential and analyticalskill
- Not color-blind, and willing to work in shift
